For landlords who want to stay on top of their rentals
Manage your properties without juggling spreadsheets, folders and reminders.
Keep rent, expenses, invoices, leases and property documents together in one place.
See what you have collected, what you have paid, what needs a review and what each property is actually earning.
The hard part is piecing everything together.
Managing a rental seems straightforward. Until the information ends up scattered everywhere.
Each part seems manageable. The trouble starts when you need the full picture.
Have I received all the rent this month?
Where did I save that invoice?
When is the property tax due?
How many maintenance payments are due this year?
Who manages the building association?
How much have I actually spent on this property?
When does the insurance or lease expire?
What is left after all the expenses?
You should not have to check five places to answer everyday questions.

When a variable expense becomes due, open its pending period and enter the amount.
Prepare for upcoming costs.
Keep track of tax, insurance and important recurring costs, with their due dates.
